Hi, I’m Karla.
I help people make significant and lasting changes that will positively impact their lives.
How do I do that?
I help them discover what is preventing them from achieving their goals and having the life they would love to have.
Then I teach them how to overcome these obstacles independently.
And I share my knowledge so they can continue to do this on their own in the future.

My wish is to help you build a life you love, inside and outside of work.

I started practicing psychotherapy in 2019 with a deep desire to help people navigate challenges, understand themselves better, and find inner peace. Over time, I realized that a single approach doesn’t work for everyone, so I began expanding my knowledge in other areas. In 2021, I completed additional training in NLP and transformational coaching, which allowed me to tailor my work even more effectively to each client. By integrating psychotherapy and coaching, I provide a flexible and personalized approach that meets the unique needs of each individual.
What matters most to me is that every person who works with me feels safe, accepted, and free to be their authentic self—without fear of judgment, without masks. Whether the focus is on deeper self-understanding, emotional healing, or making tangible life and career changes, my goal is to offer real, meaningful support that truly makes a difference and lasting transformation.
A lifelong curiosity for understanding people
My story began long before my formal training as a psychotherapist, NLP and transformational coach.
Even as a child, I read psychology books. I wanted to learn as much as possible about people:
-
Why do we behave in a certain way?
-
Why are we so different?
-
How nurture and nature (genetics) influences us?
-
What other things are important in creating our personality? etc.
It was only natural that, when choosing a career path, I was drawn to studying people. I first enrolled in pedagogy, eager to understand human learning and development. But my curiosity didn’t stop there. While still completing my undergraduate degree, I also enrolled in psychology, determined to dive even deeper into the complexities of human nature. For years, I was a parallel student at two universities, gaining a strong academic foundation that would later shape my approach as a psychotherapist and coach. I graduated with a master’s degree in psychology and pedagogy, fully equipped to help individuals grow, change, and thrive.
From passion to profession: my journey to coaching and psychotherapy
Bridging business, psychology & coaching
My first career was in Human Resources (HR), working in business environments where understanding people was essential. As an HR Business Partner and later an HR Consultant, I worked closely with employees, managers, and executives, guiding them through challenges, helping them develop leadership skills, and supporting them in achieving both professional and personal growth.
But I wanted to offer more. I saw firsthand how psychological patterns, emotions, and mindset influence success—not just in business, but in life. That’s why I began deepening my expertise in Cognitive behavioral psychotherapy (CBT), NLP and transformational coaching. I didn’t just apply this knowledge in HR—I actively used it while working with people at all levels, helping them navigate conflicts, overcome limiting beliefs, and build confidence in their decisions.
At the same time, I started working with private clients as a psychotherapist and coach. Initially, I dedicated my time to volunteering, offering support to those in need. Later, as my client base grew, I transitioned into working independently—helping individuals outside of the corporate world work through personal struggles, perfectionism, self-doubt, and emotional challenges. Eventually, I founded my own business, bringing together my experience in psychology, psychotherapy, coaching, and business leadership.
Trusted expertise, real results
Through my years of experience, I have worked with a wide range of clients—from individuals seeking emotional healing to professionals striving for high performance. I have helped business leaders refine their leadership skills, supported teams in improving communication and productivity, and guided individuals through personal transformations. Whether working with executives, entrepreneurs, or those on a journey of self-discovery, my goal remains the same: to help people unlock their potential, break through limitations, and create meaningful change.
I take my role seriously because I know that psychotherapy and coaching impact a person’s entire life. That’s why I am committed to continuous learning—staying up to date with the latest research, tools, and techniques in psychotherapy, coaching, and personal development. I also integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches because I believe that no single method works for everyone.
Every person who chooses to work with me places their trust in me, and I deeply honor that trust. This isn’t just a profession for me—it’s my passion. My mission is to provide the highest level of support, helping each person find clarity, confidence, and the freedom to create the life they truly want.
